Transmission
The Endurance Transmission R&D facility has been certified by the Govt. of India, Department of Science & Industrial Research (DSIR). We have a joint Venture with Adler S. p. A., Italy.
Scope:
- Multi Plate Wet Clutch for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler from 100cc to 500cc.
- Centrifugal Clutch for 2-wheelers.
- CVT from 50cc to 125cc.
R&D FACILITIES
- Inertia Dynamometer for the performance and endurance testing of multi-plate, wet and centrifugal clutches.
- Rig for testing friction material.
- Dynamometer for testing the performance & endurance of CVTs
- UTM for testing tensile, compressive and shear stresses of components.
DESIGN FACILITIES
3D Modelling, F.E.A. Simulation, templates for Clutch capacities, release load and energy levels.
DESIGN SOFTWARE AVAILABLE
Pro-E (wildfire), Solid edge, AutoCAD, etc.
