Scope
The Endurance R&D Center enjoys the recognition of the Department of Science & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. This R&D center has been specifically established for the innovative development of the Braking System.

R&D Facilities

Design Facilities

The R&D center has the capability to provide a complete solution.
The Design facilities include 3-D Modelling, NC Machining for the making of Jigs & Tools, Mould & Tool Design for the designing of Dies & Press Tools, etc.
The Designing Software utilized is UGS NX3.

Testing Facilities

Dynamometer for complete Brake Testing.
Chase Machine for Checking Brake Linings, shoes.
Life Endurance Testing Machine (suitable for Room & High Temperature conditions) for

Calipers
Master Cylinders
Wheel Cylinder
TMC (Tandem Master Cylinder)

Brake Fluid Compatibility Tests for Seals and Plastic parts of Brakes.
High Pressure Leakage Testing Machine upto 150 Bar pressure.
Salt Spray Test Chamber for the checking of rust resistance.
Rollback Testing M/C.
TMC Parameter Testing M/C.
