- Shock Absorbers, Struts and Gas Springs for 4 Wheeler automobile applications.
- Design and development capabilities for 4-Wheelers Shock Absorber & Struts, ranging from Passenger Cars to Commercial Vehicles.
- A technical backup from AL–KO KOBER GROUP of Germany.
R&D Facilities
- Servo Hydraulic Testing System for the measurement of damping performance. (Speed upto 4m/sec)
- Mechanical Test Rig for reliability testing of Shock Absorbers.
- Gas Spring Simulation Test Rig for the testing of Gas Springs in actual door mounted condition.
- Gas Spring Performance Measurement Rig.
- Constant Temperature Bath for establishing various temperature characteristics of damper. (From -40°C to 80°C)
Design Facilities
Our Design capabilities include Modelling, Design Data Management, Finite Element Analysis, Drafting, etc.
The Designing Softwares utilized are Pro–E – Wild Fire, Solid Edge, and Auto CAD.
