Endurance entered into a 'Technical Assistance Agreement' with TEKSID ALUMINIUM S.R.L., Italy, for manufacture of 'Aluminum Cylinder Head' castings by the Gravity Die Casting process. This Agreement is a move towards ENDURANCE entering into advanced aluminum castings. TEKSID is a 100% subsidiary of FIAT GROUP, based in Turin, Italy, and supply aluminum cylinder head castings almost to all major OEMs in Europe. - 4th July, 2008.
