Transmission - R & D Infrastructure

The Endurance Transmission R&D facility has been certified by the Govt. of India, Department of Science & Industrial Research (DSIR). We have a joint Venture with Adler S. p. A., Italy.

Scope

Multi Plate Wet Clutch for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler from 100cc to 500cc.
Centrifugal Clutch for 2-wheelers.
CVT from 50cc to 125cc.

R&D Facilities

Inertia Dynamometer for the performance and endurance testing of multi-plate, wet and centrifugal clutches.
Rig for testing friction material.
Dynamometer for testing the performance & endurance of CVTs
UTM for testing tensile, compressive and shear stresses of components.

Design Facilities

3D Modelling, F.E.A. Simulation, templates for Clutch capacities, release load and energy levels.
Design Software Available: Pro-E (wildfire), Solid edge, AutoCAD, etc.
